Based on the classic arcade game (it's gone through several facelifts since those days), GAUNTLET: Dark Legacy picks up right where GAUNTLET LEGENDS left off. Select one of eight characters, a knight, a sorceress, a dwarf, and a jester among them, then set out to destroy enemies and discover hidden secrets. The enemies are being created by generators that are spread across the land, and wiping out the generators is the only way to save the local citizens. Each character has special abilities that will help out the entire party, and you'll also have access to exploding vials, multiple projectile attacks, and various power-ups. The game spans 60 massive levels and, unlike some previous installments, has a finite ending. Whether you're a big fan of the original arcade game or a series newcomer, you'll love the ferocious action of GAUNTLET: Dark Legacy. |
