  1. All editorial and ethical research and ethical ratings content found on or on any other GOOSHING domains is the property of The Ethical Company Organisation Ltd.
  2. GOOSHING is a registered European Trademark of The Ethical Company Organisation Ltd.
  3. The ethical views and research listed on GOOSHING are not necessarily those of The Ethical Company Organisation Ltd. These views have nothing to do with the individual retailers that sell the products and brands featured covered by GOOSHING.
  4. GOOSHING is made available free of charge and for non commercial use only.
  5. No Part of GOOSHING may be sold on to any third party or be passed on for any commercial gain without the written permission of GOOSHING.
  6. GOOSHING is not responsible for any loss including consequential loss as a result of omissions from its index.
  7. Use of the information contained on or linked to from is at the risk of the user.
  8. Use of the logo is restricted to linking to GOOSHING and can only be used in this way and with written permission of GOOSHING.

Please read the following policy to understand how we will treat your personal data after it has been collected by us through your use of one of our distribution channels. Those distribution channels will include our website and may in the future include our WAP, PDA and digital TV services our Interactive Voice Recognition software and other channels as they evolve. If this policy changes then we will let you know via our homepage but we assure you that we only use your data as specified here and for our legitimate business reasons.

      We can collect data on you from a variety of different sources these include:
