The RouteFinder RF102S connects between a user supplied analog modem(s) or ISDN Terminal Adapter(s) and a LAN. With features such as a built-in four port 10/100M bps switch, built-in firewall and DHCP services with Network Address Translation (NAT), the RouteFinder is well suited to fill most shared Internet access requirements. The RouteFinder works with H.323 Voice over IP gateways, supports IPSec and PPTP pass through, and can be remotely managed using telnet or a Windows GUI. The RF102S RouteFinder connects to user supplied analog modems or ISDN Terminal Adapters (TAs) via two RS-232 ports and to a 10BaseT or 100BaseT Ethernet LAN for the purpose of sharing the Internet access ports among up to 253 users connected to the LAN. The two connected modems or TAs can also be used for RAS functions or LAN-to-LAN routing.
