There are more than 40 different X-Men characters that you'll encounter throughout the adventure, trying to get the bunch out of a wicked alternate universe before it's too late. Of course, each member of the group has unique mutant powers to take advantage of, so feel free to switch identities to accomplish the varied tasks. Two different modes of play provide a variety of action-packed scenarios for die-hard gamers and franchise fans alike, and the graphics seem to be lifted straight from an X-MEN graphic novel. Multiplayer enthusiasts take note; you can hook up with three other players via link cables to battle it out for supreme X-MEN glory. All this in a 32-bit handheld game? You'd better believe it. |
