EiconCard Connections for Windows 2000 from Eicon Technology is a set of drivers and software, which allow Eicon's WAN Adapters to extend the WAN access capabilities of Microsoft Windows 2000. By taking advantage of the versatility of the EiconCard, branch offices can meet their needs for Internet and Intranet access, routing and remote access. The EiconCard Connections for Windows 2000 includes drivers, which enable EiconCards to work in the Windows 2000 environment, plus value-add software, which enhances and extends Windows 2000 functionality. For example, Lanpad permits LAN users to connect to an OSI host without the need for other software. Eicon and Microsoft continue to work together to ensure that Windows 2000 users are able to use Eicon's wide range of WAN adapters to support Microsoft's communication platforms. |
