CiscoWorks2000 Voice Manager (CVM) is a Web-based voice management and reporting solution. The application provides enhanced capabilities to configure and provision voice ports, and create and modify dial plans on voice-enabled Cisco routers for VoIP, VoFR, and VoATM network deployments. Additionally, CVM has a powerful reporting tool that allows users to easily analyze voice traffic based on configurable time intervals. Optionally, customers can purchase an enhanced reporting package or additional data collectors. CiscoWorks2000 Voice Manager empowers network administrators to install, control and lower the overall cost of owning corporate/enterprise voice networks built on voice-over-IP (VoIP) technology by enabling call quality management and call detail reporting. |
