The 3Com Network Supervisor Advanced Package is a chargeable plug-in module for Network Supervisor that significantly increases the capabilities of the standard product. It allows users to manage larger networks (up to 2, 500 nodes) and also to perform key administrative tasks like software agent updates and configuration backup and restore on their 3Com Switches. These tasks, along with network discovery, can be scheduled to take place at regular intervals or at some convenient time in the future. The Advanced Package also gives users a per VLAN view of their network and supports the 802.1x network login and Radius security delivered in 3Com's newer switches.PRODUCT FEATURES: Increases quantity of nodes that can be managed by 3Com Network Supervisor from 1, 500 to 2, 500; Enables bulk configuration and backup and restore of 3Com switches; Facilitates the upgrade of agent software across multiple devices; and more. |
