Theme park is a God game with a slight twist, much as you would expect from a software house such as Bullfrog. Theme Park, as the title eludes to, allows the construction and control of your very own 'Fair Ground'. Bullfrog have a good history of game production, and indeed founded the genre with Populous. Their games are innovative, entertaining and of good quality. At the time of writing this review, June 95, this game is now over a year old and has just been re-released on CD at a bargain basement price, and as such this will just be a short review of the game. Installation from CD takes moments, and you are soon welcomed by the rendered animation introduction sequence. The game provides a tutorial, and soon you have your own tiny little Theme Park. |
